Return Policy - My Best Orgasm Document

Due to the nature of the products we sell, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We only accept returns on defective, never used merchandise up to 90 days after delivery to you.  My Best Orgasm must be contacted at [email protected] prior to the return of defective, never used merchandise for evaluation. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at the email address above if the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was shipped to you.  Thereafter, we will issue you an RA number and return instructions.  When contacting us, please include your name and order number.

DAMAGES AND SHORTAGES

All merchandise leaves our warehouse in excellent, saleable condition. Any damages or shortages must be reported to My Best Orgasm within 24 hours of receipt of goods. If your order is delivered opened, re-taped or visibly damaged, you must file a claim immediately with the courier.  Please save all cartons and packing material for inspection by the carrier.

My Best Orgasm considers an item damaged if it is unusable upon arrival. If you purchased Route Shipment Protection when you placed your order, please turn your attention to the Package Protection section of our Shipping Policy.
