There’s no market for used sex toys so naturally all sales are final. We understand that a toy may be broken during shipping or suffer an unpredictable mechanical or physical failure. Check your toy thoroughly when you get it and make sure it is 100% functional before taking it for a test drive. Failures like this are rare, but we know how disappointing it can be if they happen. Do you ship to my country?

My Best Orgasm ships to addresses in the US, Canada, and Mexico. We ship internationally to most countries around the world via USPS Priority Mail Express International/DHL/FedEx International/UPS Worldwide. How is my purchase billed?

Our billing process is as discreet as our shipping. Charges to your credit card will be listed on your bank statement or credit card statement as “AIS eCommerce” or “AIS eCommerce, LLC.” We do not use a product name or our store name.

Do you offer same-day shipping?

While we usually process orders on the same day we get them (especially if they are placed early in the day), we do not process orders on non-business days.
