Shipping Policy - My Best Orgasm Document

Our goal is to ship your order within two business days of receiving it (please consider longer times during the holidays). All orders are shipped best way via either FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, or USPS unless otherwise requested.  All orders are shipped from our U.S. facilities.  Customers are responsible for all freight charges.

Discreet Packaging

My Best Orgasm believes your personal privacy is of the utmost importance, and we do whatever it takes to preserve your privacy.  We pack your order in nondescript envelopes and boxes, just like your everyday mail or packages.  The only identifying information is your mailing address and ours. The name “My Best Orgasm” does not appear anywhere on the outside of your package.

Domestic Shipping

All orders are shipped Monday to Friday only, regardless of shipping service chosen. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday.

If your order is placed before 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time, it is generally shipped the same day.  Orders placed after this time are shipped next day.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification that will include a tracking number.  Please allow up to 24 hours after you receive the tracking number for it to provide you with a delivery estimate.

Shipping to Mexico & Canada

We offer 3-5 business day shipping on orders going to Mexico or Canada.

The description on the Customs form will be “massager” or “lotion.”

We are not liable for any additional tariffs, import duties or international taxes that the Mexican or Canadian government may impose.

International Shipping (Rest of the World)

Delivery of Products purchased from My Best Orgasm shall occur, and risk of loss and title to Products shall pass to customer, at the time My Best Orgasm transfers the Products to the carrier or shipping agent at the facility in the United States from which customer’s order is shipped.

My Best Orgasm ships to customers in the following European countries (**in addition to the rest of the world with a few exceptions):

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria,Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Jersey, Latvia, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Solvakia, Solvenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and United Kingdom.

All orders are sent by USPS Priority Mail Express International/DHL/FedEx International/UPS Worldwide.

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to customs import duties and/or taxes based on the destination country. If assessed, customs fees are the responsibility of the customer in addition to shipping cost. My Best Orgasm is unable to predict or control customs charges as they are levied by the destination country.

Delivery time is approximately 1-6 weeks depending on how fast your package goes through local Customs.

Please check your local customs regulations so that you are aware of laws within your country. All items that we sell are legal in the USA. However, if certain countries restrict these items for use or sale, we cannot be held liable if these items are seized or confiscated. Once the package arrives in the destination country, the customs agents and local post office make all final delivery arrangements. Please contact your local post office for delivery information.

My Best Orgasm is not responsible for your package once it leaves the United States. If your package is confiscated by local customs, you will NOT receive a refund.

If your package is sent back to us for any reason, you will receive a credit back to your original form of payment LESS original shipping and insurance fees.

If your package is rejected by local customs or your local shipping carrier and sent back to us, AND you would like to us to reship your package, you will be charged AGAIN for shipping.

**PLEASE NOTE: We do NOT ship to the following countries because they have been known to seize packages: Bahrain, Kuwait, Malaysia, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and United Arab Emirates.

Package Protection

We highly encourage our customers to consider and apply insurance to their orders during checkout.  My Best Orgasm has partnered with Route – Shipping Protection to protect your order against loss, theft, or damage when selected during checkout.

– Claims for packages presumed to be lost by the carrier, where the status is not “delivered” must be filed no sooner than 7 days after the scheduled delivery date for domestic shipments (and 20 days for international shipments), but not later than 30 days from the last checkpoint.

Route will consider a package “stolen” if the package is marked “delivered” but the customer did not receive it. A claim must be filed within 30 days of the “delivery date,” but no sooner than 5 days to account for the possibility that the package may be found on the premises or has been marked “delivered” prematurely by the carrier. In the event of theft, Underwriters may require a police report to be filed with the local authorities and/or a signed affidavit attesting to the theft of the covered property. Security video, showing evidence of theft, may substitute for a police report and/or an affidavit.

Route does NOT cover and neither are they responsible for delayed shipments. Once your order leaves our warehouse, the shipping carrier assumes responsibility for your order and delivery. Please contact the shipping carrier directly regarding a delayed shipment.

– Route will consider an item “damaged” if it is unusable. Route requires evidence of the damaged item (photos, videos, etc.) as part of the claims filing process. Route will not consider an item “damaged” if it exhibits any manufacturing defects or nicks or marks that you suspect may have occurred prior to shipment (e.g., the box or packaging does not show signs of mishandling).

Undelivered Packages

In the event your order requires you to be present to receive the delivery, but you are unavailable, and the order is returned to us, we will reship your order to you.  You will not receive a refund for the original shipping charges paid, and shipping charges will be incurred to have the item reshipped to you.

Orders that have been shipped and are refused or returned will not have the original shipping charges refunded and there will be a cancellation fee of 55% of the order subtotal.  A refund will be issued to you in the amount of the order total less shipping charges and the 55% cancellation fee.
